(“Pathways”) Welcomes Two New Regional Centers to its Nationwide Network

DENVER - Feb. 10, 2015 - PRLog -- February 10, 2015 - Miami -- Pathways EB-5, Inc. (“Pathways”) announced today that the Front Range Regional Center and the Piedmont Regional Center have officially opened their business platforms. The USCIS approved designation letters for both Regional Centers were issued on February 09, 2015.  The Front Range Regional Center covers the states of Colorado and New Mexico. The Piedmont Regional Center covers the states of North and South Carolina as well as Tennessee and Georgia. Its purpose is to create pathways for investors, developers, and brokers in the EB-5 space while matching investor capital with proven developer capital needs.

The EB-5 program requires that investors invest at least $500,000 and create ten (10) full time U.S. worker jobs from the investment.  

Company officials are currently meeting with local developers throughout the country to discuss projects and opportunities in their Regions. Pathways officials expect these meetings to improve investor confidence and widen its customer base for projects that minimize risks and maximize dreams for investors and developers.
