PB Inspector App Provides Convenience for on Location Inspections

GREENVILLE, S.C. - Feb. 10, 2015 - PRLog -- PropertyBoss Solutions, a provider of comprehensive property management software solutions, announces the release of their PB Inspector mobile application designed for on-site inspections.  The capability-rich, easy to follow app for residents and administrators allows them to document the condition of a rental unit directly on a mobile device.  All inspection inputs are synched with the PropertyBoss system enabling the user to capture the entire inspection process on location.  Unlimited Smart Templates provide support for move-in, move-out, interim, health/safety, or other inspections.  Repair comments are entered to automatically create repair work orders in PropertyBoss.  Billable amounts can also be entered in PropertyBoss to generate any necessary charges.

With complete control of the inspection process on a mobile device, residents and administrators can customize instructions, terms of use, and sign-off agreements.  Photos and comments can be added using PB Inspector’s integrated camera functionality which keeps photos out of personal photo galleries and removes them during synchronization.  Completed inspections can be viewed on Resident Portals.

PB Inspector is available for download at Google play and the App Store to demonstrate functionality for residents, student housing and multi-family situations.  The application works with all PropertyBoss installations whether in the Cloud or On-Premise.  Release 10.02 of PropertyBoss is required for live use.
