Sneak Peek, EPI brings Organic Harmony to the 17TH Annual GRAMMY Foundation^® Legacy Concert

Southern California February 9, 2015 - Elite Productions International (EPI), the event design company was invited back by popular demand to design the floral décor for the The GRAMMY Foundation’s VIP, reception and performer’s green rooms at the concert held on February 05, 2015 at the Wilshire Ebell Theatre.  The GRAMMY Foundation Legacy Concert is part of the GRAMMY^® Week series of events, culminating with Music's Biggest Night, the 57th Annual GRAMMY Awards, which took take place Sunday, February 8 at Staples Center.

Each year, the GRAMMY Foundation Legacy Concert centers on a theme, and "Lean On Me" explored the evolution of music's role in advancing philanthropic causes and celebrated the visionaries behind the creation of those iconic songs and concerts.  GRAMMY^® winners Melissa Etheridge, Cyndi Lauper, and Willie Nelson; GRAMMY-nominated artist Robin Thicke; and singer/songwriter Aloe Blacc performed at "Lean On Me: A Celebration Of Music And Philanthropy,"the 17th Annual GRAMMY Foundation Legacy Concert

The green rooms, rarely seen by those other than the performers and their entourages, were accentuated with natural and earthy elements, using fresh, organic colors in support of the theme.  “The floral décor was rustic yet modern/chic and inherently featured the colors sage green, orange and yellow, accented by metallic bronze and copper patina containers.  We used succulents and textured grasses, branches and foliage to create a natural and harmonious vibe, “ states Lili Shadab, President of EPI.   She added that the varied shapes, sizes and textures of succulents and wood branches accented the garden-fresh citrus colors.  The unifying feature of the event - an 8’ Manzanita tree that was dressed with candles, roses and succulents that floated in bubbles hung from the tree.  The reception areas showcased large installations featuring roses, branches and mosses in coordinating shades and tones.
