MedAware Systems International, Inc. appoints Integral as Transfer Agent/Registrar

BROOMFIELD, Colo. - Feb. 9, 2015 - PRLog -- The Board of Directors of MedAware Systems International, Inc. announced today that Integral Transfer Agency will provide comprehensive registrar and transfer agent services for MedAware Systems’ shareholders.

Integral Transfer Agency, based in Toronto, Canada, works with small cap companies globally and currently provides share registrar and transfer services to clients on several stock exchanges in North America and Europe.

With this appointment the Company is rapidly moving ahead with its plans to execute a primary listing on the Canadian Securities Exchange in Toronto and a secondary listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The initial phase of this strategy is to execute a PIPE (Private Investment in Public Equity) through a network of investors in Canada and Europe. MedAware Systems International, Inc. is anticipating public trading of its stock in the 2^nd quarter, 2015.
