600 Global Attends 2015 Keys To Success Planning

GLENDALE, Ariz. - Feb. 9, 2015 - PRLog -- Over the weekend the 600 Global Management and Human Resources team got to attend the annual Keys to Success kick off to the New Year event. The weekend kicked off with client meetings, in which the team got to meet with their current clients and learn even more how they can exceed their goals and expectations.  A welcome reception was hosted after the meetings to allow for networking with different people in the industry. Saturday was composed of a ton of motivating and information packed meetings on leadership, training & development, and HR best practices. The “Millionaire’s Ball” finished up the event with an awards dinner and over $5 million given away to top performers in the industry.

Another great part of the event was that the team got to hear from the founders of Operation Smile, an non-profit organization that helps fix children with cleft lips in countries where they would otherwise not be treated.  The moving speech led the event to then raise over $6000 for the cause! “Operation Smile is a foundation we support throughout the year at our company philanthropy events, so it was great that it was supported this weekend as well.  I love that we can help the children that would otherwise never be helped.  It’s a great cause,” commented HR manager, Jenny McGuire.

Expansion was a common theme throughout the event which resonated with the 600 Global team because of their newest expansion (as of February 9^th!) and their goal to expand to 5 more locations by the end of 2015.   There is new talk of international expansion to England, Spain and even Australia in the next couple years!  Hiring Manager, Jennifer notes, “We are constantly growing and expanding which is leading to new opportunities for growth in our company.  With client demands we just can’t grow fast enough, which is a great problem to have!”

The entire team at 600 global is looking forward to starting the year strong and hit the ground running in 2015!
