Kelly Deis of Soundpoint Consulting Earns Exit Planning Credential

BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, Wash. - Feb. 7, 2015 - PRLog -- Soundpoint Consulting is pleased to announce that Kelly Deis has successfully completed the certification process to earn the Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) credential from the Exit Planning Institute.

Soundpoint Consulting’s current offerings include business valuations and value-driven strategy and operations consulting services for privately-held companies in the Puget Sound region. With the CEPA designation, services will expand to more fully assist business owners grow, preserve, and transition business wealth during an ownership transition. Founder and President, Kelly Deis states that the CEPA designation is the perfect complement to her current expertise in business valuations and consulting.

Kelly is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) and holds an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in Finance, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University and is an (inactive) Certified Insolvency and Reorganization Accountant (CIRA) from the Association of Insolvency Accountants.

The CEPA program is the most widely accepted and endorsed professional exit planning program in the world. The certification process includes an intensive five day executive style MBA program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
