First Course

trio of market oysters, passion fruit, blood orange, coconut

dungeness crab, yukon potato, avocado, yuzu, crispy sunchokes

spring leek & gilroy garlic soup, truffle oil, brioche croutons

Second Course

buratta mozzarella, faro, shaved cauliflower, celery, citrus

semolina fried castro valley baby artichokes, parmesan, grilled lemon & thyme aioli

roasted squash variations, crushed marcona almonds, ricotta salata, arugula, vanilla bean amber honey

harrisa roasted chicken, green olives, roasted peppers, peruvian potatoes

sea bass, artichoke tapenade, melted tomato butter, asparagus, smashed heirloom potatoes
