SINGAPORE - Feb. 5, 2015 - PRLog -- Young men growing up in Singapore know that all male citizens and non first generation permanent residents have to enroll for National Service at 18. They are required to serve a 22 or 24 month period as Full Time National Servicemen.

So in addition to the two years everyone is required to serve, he volunteered to serve for an extra three. He signed on as a Regular Army Medic at 16 while continuing his studies for his sponsored diploma in biomedical science in Singapore Polytechnic for another three years before officially enlisting. While working full time as a regular in the army during this extended period, Michael earned his degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of London.

“Without discipline and good time management, I would not have been able to get my Upper Second Class honors in just three years while studying part time,” he says.

These are two of the foundational attributes Michael brings to clients of his recently launched Radiation Marketing, whose customized business expansion solutions for upcoming entrepreneurs, coaches, consultants and business owners are designed to bring in a consistent flow of customers via non-traditional advertising methods. His essential goal is to help people create a sustainable, successful business that allows them the freedom to live the life they want.

Many business owners also lack the know-how and manpower to implement even basic automation systems, which I can also provide.”

Michael has recently completed an expansive, empowering book sharing all of his proven, effective concepts when it comes to developing strategies to build a business. Based on his Radiation Marketing methodologies, “System Blueprint: Ultimate Marketing System” is an essential, action-based guide written to help people create their own ultimate marketing systems - which lasts several years and is a quantifiable business asset on its own.

After receiving his degree and leaving the military service, Michael worked for a year in an accounting position, but quickly realized that it wasn’t feeding his passion for helping people or tapping into his innate entrepreneurial skills and desires. He found the perfect foundational opportunity working for a company that had developed excellent preschool English programs but was finding it challenging to attract students and parents. Taking charge of the company’s business development, Michael helped the business double its enrollment in less than six months – largely via strategic Facebook marketing.

Inspired by his success, Michael quickly realized that the techniques he employed could easily be applied to other businesses – because the principles behind growing a business are essentially the same. Beyond developing his marketing skills, the position at the educational company helped him adopt what he calls a “wealth attraction mindset.” It’s not about resources, but about resourcefulness.
