Galaxy Press Attends Salt Lake City Comic Con FanXperience 2015

SALT LAKE CITY - Feb. 4, 2015 - PRLog -- Galaxy Press (www.GalaxyPress.com) was one of over 150 exhibitors and vendors present at the Salt Lake City Comic Con FanXperience 2015 held at the Salt Palace Convention Center January 29-31.  As a first time exhibitor at this convention, Galaxy Press President John Goodwin was very enthusiastic with the response to both the L. Ron Hubbard fiction titles as well as the Writers of the Future series on display.  “What was great about this convention,” stated Goodwin, “was the incredible volume of readers and aspiring writers attending this show who were very interested in our line of books.”

“Hubbard’s perennial bestseller, ‘Battlefield Earth’ sold out,” continued Goodwin, “and sales of the Writers of the Future series further increased as news spread that local bestselling fantasy author and local favorite Brandon Sanderson had just become a Contest Judge.”

Another boost occurred when three more local favorite authors joined in for an in-booth signing. Internationally bestselling author, Contest winner and Contest Judge, Dave Wolverton, and writers Eric James Stone and Paul Eckhart, both Writers of the Future winners, were on hand Saturday drawing both fans as well as aspiring writers for copies of Writers of the Future books.
