The Mcquaig Institute Launches 2015 Global Talent Recruitment Survey

2nd Annual Survey to Take Pulse of Global Hiring Environment
 
TORONTO - Feb. 4, 2015 - PRLog -- Toronto, February 4, 2015 – The McQuaig Institute, a leading talent management solutions provider, has launched its 2nd annual McQuaig Global Talent Recruitment Survey. The survey asks HR and recruiting professionals about the current state of talent recruitment within their organizations.

Results from the survey will provide insights into the challenges faced by companies trying to attract and retain A-Level talent and what those companies are doing to address those challenges.

“Last year’s survey provided some incredible insights into the challenges companies are facing in attracting talent, and what those companies are doing about it,” said Ian Cameron, Managing Director, The McQuaig Institute. “We’re confident this year’s survey will offer even more value to HR professionals.”

The survey runs from February 3-17, 2015 and results will be available in the form of a final report in March.

The 2015 McQuaig Global Talent Recruitment Survey is the second annual survey from The McQuaig Institute delving into global recruiting practices. The 2014 survey included the responses of nearly 600 HR professionals using an online survey. 52% of respondents were from North America and 48% from around the globe. Of those, 39% were from organizations with fewer than 200 employees, 27% from organizations with 200-999 employees and 34% from organizations with 1000+ employees.
