Palm Coast Physical Therapy Center Offering Free Seminar on Foot and Ankle Care

PALM COAST, Fla. - Feb. 4, 2015 - PRLog -- Palm Coast Physical Therapy Center is pleased to announce that they are hosting a free seminar on foot and ankle care on February 19^th from 12:00pm to 1:00pm at their Palm Coast location.

“When someone walks with foot pain, they make subtle to drastic movement patterns that affect other parts of their body,” stated Em Dinopol, owner of Palm Coast Physical Therapy Center.  “That’s why it’s important to take care of foot pain immediately so it doesn’t injure other parts of your body,” she added.

This seminar will teach how to take better care of your feet and ankles, the anatomy and physiology of the foot and ankle, causes of plantar fasciitis, Achilles Tendonitis, how to preserve and conserve your foot and ankle joints, and current advancements in treatment.
