Additionally, Dodge is launching their new Viper Concierge Service, created to make ordering a custom Dodge Viper as easy and exciting as possible. From the moment a Viper order is placed into the system to the time the custom Viper is delivered or picked up, the Viper Concierge will keep the buyer updated with pictures and status updates about their custom creation. Every Viper owner will receive a login where they’ll have access to a photo gallery, build status information, and a Q&A section with the Viper Concierge. Viper owners can count on the Viper Concierge to answer questions, share stories, news, and pictures that provide access to each step of the detailed craftsmanship that goes into building each custom Viper. Through the Viper Ambassador Owner’s Portal, Viper buyers can closely follow the build process of their vehicle at the Conner Avenue Assembly plant in Detroit. Updates will be shown on a weekly basis and can be shared with friends and family on a variety of social media sites including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Once the vehicle has been built, Viper owners can either pick up their creation at the Conner Avenue Assembly Plant in Detroit and enjoy a tour of the facility or choose to have their Viper shipped.
