Dianne Durkin to Speak at MAHRA

MANCHESTER, N.H. - Feb. 3, 2015 - PRLog -- Loyalty Factor is pleased to announce Dianne Durkin, president and founder of Loyalty Factor, will be presenting on March 3, 2015 for the Manchester Area Human Resources Association.

Dianne Durkin will be presenting at 8:00 AM at The Derryfield (625 North Mammoth Road, Manchester, NH) following a breakfast at 7:30 AM.  Her topic, “Leveraging Today’s Intergenerational Workforce” will focus on teaching leaders how to effectively manage today's multigenerational workforce by first understanding the unique values and needs that fuel the beliefs and behaviors of each generation while revealing strategies for good employee relations between all generations.  Attendees will discover how to effectively motivate, coach and develop employees from different generations.
