Gwin's Travel Names New President

ST. LOUIS - Feb. 3, 2015 - PRLog -- Gwin’s Travel, St. Louis’ largest privately owned travel management company, recently named Vice President of Finance Rhonda Kaminski as its new president.  Effective April 1, Kaminski will officially be the new owner of Gwin’s Travel after purchasing the company from owner and Chief Executive Officer Graydon “Gig” Gwin, who founded the company in 1979.

Gwin will retire April 1, but he will continue serving as a consultant and on the company’s board of directors.  He also will keep hosting group travel programs.  Current president Jerry Kaminski recently retired and, like Gwin, will serve as a company consultant and on Gwin’s Travel board of directors.

Gwin’s Travel provides corporate travel management services including motivation/incentive travel and merchandise, as well as individual, tour and group travel.  The company has 30 employees with sales of more than $25 million annually.  Headquartered at 212 N. Kirkwood Rd., Gwin’s Travel also has offices at 418 W. Bethalto Dr. in Bethalto, Ill.  Gwin’s Travel is a BCD Travel affiliate, a Signature Travel Network member, and a St. Louis Business Travel Association (STLBTA) member.
