New Director Of Kitchen At Radisson Blu Hotel, Cairo Heliopolis

CAIRO - Feb. 3, 2015 - PRLog -- Kai is a German national; has an impressive 30 years experience in the hospitality industry, including 12 years as an Executive Chef.

Having started his career in 1985 as an Apprenticeship  Specialist for Kitchen, Kai went on to hold a number of roles at various international hotel chains in and outside Germany including:, Sheraton Hotels in Frankfurt and Tirana, Albania, Movenpick, Kempiniski, Intercontinental Bucharest in Romania, Amari Orchid Pattaya, Thailand

Kai joined Carlson in 2008 as an Executive Chef for Radisson Blu Water Garden hotel Dhaka in Bangladesh and then went to Carlson Rezidor at the Radisson Blu Tala Bay Resort Aqaba in  Jordan and recently joined Radisson Blu Hotel, Cairo Heliopolis.

Kai holds a Master craftsman’s diploma for kitchen from the Kermes Institute Munich, Final certificate set by the Chambers of Commerce and Industry and have attended a huge number of training.
