Spicing Up The Palm Beach Social Season Is A Brazilian Night To Remember Healing Hearts Gala

PALM BEACH, Fla. - Feb. 3, 2015 - PRLog -- The 2014 social season has a new and exciting event that has people buzzing -- the inaugural, private gala with a samba flair inspired by Brazil’s world-famous carnival, ‘A Brazilian Night To Remember’ benefiting Bart’s Blue Star: Healing Hearts of Hurting Children.

Healing Hearts Event is the largest fundraising reception of the year to help Ginny Luther’s Bart’s Blue Star Foundation. Funds raised will further the foundation’s mission: to support families, children, and adults working with children seeking support through programs that promote social-emotional growth, and the development of emotional intelligence and strategies for keeping families connected during times of loss, separation and traumatic life events.

According to event co-chair, Leila Kallop, “This event is very dear to my heart. Bart’s Blue Star is dedicated to transforming traumatized and at-risk children from victims to empowered people through Conscious Discipline ® - giving them the skills to solve problems, overcome obstacles, and succeed in life.”

This exclusive evening will take place at a private residence on Jupiter Island March 7, 2015. The evening will consist of a sit down dinner, entertainment, dancing, and live auction presented by one of the most prestigious senior Sotheby’s auctioneers, C. Kallop adds, “There are many ways to get involved… through event sponsorships, corporate sponsorships, donating items for auction or goodie bags, program advertisements, which can also be a personal message of support, and of course, ticket sales. We are looking forward to raising awareness and funds to heal the hearts of children who have experienced emotional trauma through domestic violence, separation, or death of a loved one.”
