Umbar Auto transport has 12 employees moves 5500 cars a year and has $1,500,000 in annual sales. In addition to the 3 companies merging they are also announcing the purchase of Car Transport World Inc. Car Transport World Inc has 23 employees moves 15,000+ cars a year and has annual sales revenue of $3,000,000+. The new company is well positioned to further accelerate the number of cars shipped annually. With the completion of the 3 company merger and buyout of Car Transport World Inc this will put Corporate Auto Transport Inc in the position of moving 26,000+ cars a year and annual sales of $5,675,000+.

The new Corporate Auto Transport Inc will keep all the employees from the merged companies and 12 of the car transport world employees bringing the total amount of employees to 38. Ryan Neyer will retain his role as President of Corporate Auto transport INC and Jim Clark president of Umbar auto transport will become Vice President of Corporate Auto Transport INC.
