Uwingu Announces a Valentine’s Day Gift on Mars!

BOULDER, Colo. - Feb. 4, 2015 - PRLog -- Today space company Uwingu announced a new way to celebrate Valentine’s Day—with a place name for family, friends, and loved ones on our Mars map. Each crater named receives a special Valentine’s Day certificate. Nothing like this has ever been offered in the history of Valentine’s Day—a place on Mars for those you love.

Uwingu’s Mars map is the official map of the Mars One private space missions. Prices for crater names on the map depend on the size of the crater, beginning at $5 dollars. Uwingu makes a shareable Internet link and a naming certificate available for each newly named crater. The Mars map project includes the flight of Uwingu’s Mars Map to Mars aboard the Mars One 2018 robotic lander, currently under design at aerospace giant Lockheed-Martin. Uwingu’s Mars Map Crater Naming Project at www.uwingu.com allows anyone with a connection to the Internet to name any of over half a million unnamed, scientifically cataloged craters on this new Mars map.
