Attorney Jeanne D. Graca Joins the Denver Office of Snell & Wilmer

DENVER - Jan. 29, 2015 - PRLog -- Snell & Wilmer is pleased to announce that Jeanne D. Graca has joined the Denver office as a staff attorney.

Jeanne’s practice is concentrated in the coordination of all phases of complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leases, development and financing, with a specific concentration in retail and multi-tenant office transactions. She has provided advice to large, international retailers in connection with the acquisition and development of new store locations and existing store expansions. She has extensive experience negotiating commercial leases on behalf of both landlords and tenants.

Before joining Snell & Wilmer, Jeanne worked as in-house counsel at a real estate investment company in the Denver area. Prior to that, she spent 15 years focusing on real estate law at metropolitan Detroit area law firms.

Jeanne is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan and the International Council of Shopping Centers. She graduated with a J.D. from Wayne State University Law School and obtained a B.A. in History from Wayne State University.
