"Kisses in the Wind" - Psychological Drama Satirizes the Spinoff of Feminism and Its Impact on Men

RICHARDSON, Texas - Jan. 28, 2015 - PRLog -- Seen through the eyes of attorney Neil Myers, Kisses in the Wind satirically explores the spinoff of feminism and its impact on men. Neil is a successful criminal attorney who switches to representing men in divorce and child custody cases. He is ultra concerned about the raw deal men get in most of these cases. When one of his clients, an Iraqi veteran, loses his calm and murders his children’s mothers in the courtroom, Neil blames the ruling of the staunch feminist judge for the shootings. The incident sends him into psychiatric care from which he never fully recuperates.

Neil’s fragile mind is tested further when Senators Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama compete for the Democratic Party presidential nomination. When Hillary fails to break the glass ceiling and loses the nomination, her supporters are enraged. Neil believes her loss will lead to a massive female retaliation, which catapults him into another mental relapse, in this intriguing story that weaves between both fact and fiction.

Confined in a psychiatric ward in a semi-coma, Neil finds that his fears have been realized. In his mind, women have rebelled and are now in total control of most of the world. His female psychiatrist has become the head of the U.S. military, and the female judge from his court case has crowned herself Queen of the United States. Neil is a major general heading up an army of militant men who have been hiding out for more than fifteen years, plotting their comeback. The men reside in a vast secret underground, consisting of tunnels, subways, caves, and deserted mines on the outskirts of Washington, Baltimore, and Pennsylvania. The time has come; a major retaliation looms. But one bit of important information is still required and Neil must know for sure. He sends his military spy into the city … his young son, dressed as a woman!

“We are pleased to announce the release of this thought-provoking, contemporary novel that pushes the boundaries,” said Robert Fletcher, CEO of Strategic Book Publishing and Rights Agency.
