CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Jan. 28, 2015 - PRLog -- Charlotte, North Carolina – Monday, January 26th, 2015 – Tracei D. The Patients’ Choice Award by Vitals Awards and Recognition Program acknowledges doctors who provide excellent care as determined by their patient ratings.

Each year, hundreds of thousands of new doctor reviews and ratings are featured on Vitals.com.
