EXPETEC CELEBRATES TEN YEAR ANNIVERSARY

(Troy, MI) — In an industry that has seen a lot of service providers come and go, Expetec Technology Services of Michigan previously known as Expetec Technology Services of Rochester Hills is entering its tenth year of operation. Vicki Shepard and Mike Fitz-Gerald opened the only southeast Michigan Expetec Technology Services franchise in 2005.

“When we opened the Expetec Michigan franchise, we were doing a lot of computer repair and recovery resulting from viruses and spyware,” Shepard said.  “As small businesses in metro Detroit become more sophisticated, they are contacting us more for proactive systems maintenance and problem prevention.”

Shepard and Fitz-Gerald have more than 40 years combined IT experience in systems and information security, business continuity, asset protection and workplace productivity in financial services, manufacturing and other sectors.   They are owners and operators of the southeast Michigan Expetec office and provide daily service to a wide variety of companies and organizations throughout the Detroit metro area.
