STW’s Vehicle Data System is a highly flexible, customized telematics monitoring and management solution that provides all of its web-based functionality both locally, through a wifi connection to the TC3g, and remotely, through a server-based solution. STW’s Sensors include the NGS2 gyroscope sensor and M01-CAN sensor with J1939 protocol. The NGS2 is a combined sensor for measurement of angular velocity and inclination in 3 axes. It also measures the acceleration in 3 axes. The measured values are available on the CANbus or as discrete analog outputs, current or voltage. STW designed the NGS2 gyroscope sensor especially for mobile work machines and off-highway vehicles. It has a robust housing that makes it suitable for the harsh conditions associated with off-highway applications. The NGS2 can also be utilized as an inclination sensor, as both sensor types are integrated into a single device. The MO1 CAN sensor with J1939 protocol is available in a wide range of pressure ranges and connection types, has a full J1939 capability and comes with a PC-based configurator tool which allows full configuration of all J1939 parameters.
