‘Sold to the Alpha’ – New Paranormal Romance Serial Free with Kindle Unlimited

NEW YORK - Jan. 27, 2015 - PRLog -- New author Cara Wylde has recently started publishing her first Wolf-Shifter Paranormal Romance serial, ‘Sold to the Alpha’. Book 1, ‘Trapped in a Gilded Cage’, introduces the readers to a complex and original universe. The peace treaty between humans and shape-shifters was signed over 100 years ago, and one of the clauses says that humans must provide the other race with young brides who can offer them heirs. All over the world, there are special boarding schools that educate girls and prepare them to become perfect brides for the shape-shifters. Avelyn is a sassy, curvy 24-year-old student at Alma Venus Boarding School. For seven years she has been trying hard to avoid being bought by any shifter. When she turns 25, she will be kicked out of school, and she will finally be free to choose her own destiny. But her plan is turned upside down when hot, dominant Alpha werewolf Max Blackmane buys her and makes her his bride. Now, Avelyn has to find a way to escape before it’s too late.

‘The Other Bride’ is the second installment, and it focuses on the complicated relationship between Avelyn and Max. Avelyn comes up with a new plan, which involves seducing her husband and gaining his trust so that she can run away again. However, she soon realizes that she has fallen into her own trap. Now that she loves him, she doesn’t want to leave him anymore. Avelyn finally understands that her freedom is in Max’s arms. Unfortunately, a turn of events breaks her heart and changes her feelings for Max. It seems that he’s been hiding a terrible secret, and Avelyn herself might be in danger.
