By: Wellspring Employee loyalty is common at Wellspring as the majority of employees have been with the organization for significant milestones – many spanning decades. Since beginning in 1977 with fewer than 15 employees, Wellspring has grown to a staff of approximately 145, of which 70% have been with Wellspring for five years or more and over 30% have been on staff for 10 years or longer. Three employees have been with the organization for over 30 years and seven employees who have been at Wellspring for over 25 years. Anniversaries celebrated for 2014 were: 5 yrs Judy Bridge, Milieu Counselor I, Adolescent Program (Bethlehem resident) Maureen McCurdy, Milieu Counselor Per Diem, (Bethlehem resident) Michele Murelli, MA, Art Therapist, Art Teacher and CT-Certified Professional Educator, (Litchfield resident) Sarah Szeligowski, MSW, Milieu Counselor (Torrington resident) 10 yrs Donna Beach, LPN, Licensed Practical Nurse, (Torrington resident) Maureen Bianchi, Administrative Assistant – Adult Residential Program (Torrington resident) Amy Langevin,Outpatient Services Coordinator (Bantam resident) Dawn Madigosky, Administrative Assistant and Human Resources Generalist (Oxford resident) 15 yrs Cassandra Beauvais, DVM, Animal Program Coordinator (Bethlehem resident) Liz Bunovsky, LMFT, Psychotherapist - Adolescent Program (Woodbury resident) 20 yrs Jeff Culhane, MS, Program Director - Adolescent Program (Southbury resident) 25 yrs Lori Kibbe Lindenmuth, LPN, Licensed Practical Nurse (Morris resident) Peggy Rehkamp, CIT, Milieu Counselor II - Adolescent Program (Bethlehem resident) About Wellspring and The Arch Bridge School Since its beginning in 1977, Wellspring has progressively expanded its services to provide residential treatment in a private school environment for children and adolescent girls on the main campus, residential treatment for adults on their own private campus; extensive outpatient services at two locations and therapeutic special education services for residential and day students on the main campus at the NEASC accredited Arch Bridge School. Wellspring is a multi-service mental health agency and educational center, licensed by the State of Connecticut and accredited by The Joint Commission.
