VIDA Fitness to Host Free Health Fair on January 28

WASHINGTON - Jan. 26, 2015 - PRLog -- Beat the snow to join the VIDA Fitness team for a one-time-only health and fitness event. On Wednesday, January 28 all six VIDA Fitness locations will host a VIDA Health Fair from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Learn more about the programs and classes available at VIDA and participate in complimentary fitness consultations, health screenings and nutritional counseling from registered dietitian Cat Taylor.

Each location will be doing a variety of fitness demos including TRX, Boxing, Express Boot Camp, Pilates and ab circuits. The VIDA Health fair is free and open to the public.
