Career Systems International Appoints Lynn M. Cowart to Vice President of Quality Delivery

LOS ANGELES - Jan. 27, 2015 - PRLog -- Career Systems International (CSI), the employee engagement and career development company founded by Dr. Beverly Kaye, announced today that it has promoted Lynn M. Cowart to Vice President of Quality Delivery.

Cowart, who had been a Senior Consultant for Career Systems International, will be responsible for the quality delivery and implementation of CSI’s learning solutions which includes facilitation, coaching and consulting. She provides expertise in the areas of executive coaching, retention, organizational, management and career development and will play a strategic role in the development and certification of CSI’s global team of facilitators and trainers. Ms. Cowart will be replacing Rosalind Sago who is leaving the organization to further pursue opportunities in the field of education.

Ms. Cowart holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance/Human Resource Management from the University of Connecticut.
