Forecast Health and University of North Carolina Health Care Form a Strategic Agreement

DURHAM, N.C. - Jan. 26, 2015 - PRLog -- Forecast Health, the company that brings actionable and affordable predictive analytics solutions to hospital systems, announces a collaborative agreement with University of North Carolina (UNC) Health Care. As part of the agreement, UNC Health Care and Forecast Health will develop predictive models and services that enable health care providers to deliver more personalized health care and improve healthcare quality for their patients. The software models allow physicians and patients to identify factors that might influence a patient’s health risks or overall health outcomes.

With this agreement UNC Health Care plans to help Forecast Health develop a variety of predictive models, dashboards, and patient rosters to deliver quality care across a broad spectrum of clinical areas.
