Online Dog Supply Store Announces 1st “Proud Snout Of The Week” … Henry HuggleMonster!

Jan. 27, 2015 - PRLog -- Last week was a milestone week for the new startup on-line dog supply store, ProudSnout.com. This growing enterprise was very busy contacting their social media followers on Twitter and Facebook to select their inaugural “Proud Snout Of The Week”.

“It is not a contest, there is no prize. It is just for fun, to give an opportunity to followers to show off their lovable proud dogs. The operative word here is “proud”. We are looking for dogs that show that special look of pride”, said Jacques Hallé, Vice-President and Sales Manager of Proud Snout..

According to Jacques, originally the main goal was to connect on a more personal level with its followers. And apparently it still is. As it happened, it was soon realized that it was also a way to reward the dog owners who love to showcase their prized furry friends to a larger audience. Pride was everywhere, for dogs and owners!

It turns out that the first selection, Henry HuggleMonster, originated from the UK, in the Tyne and Wear region in Northern England. The proud “parent” of the 2-year-and-10-month old Bull terrier was Jo Jackson, a Twitter follower. Jo was more than happy for the selection: “ …  He will be 3 in March. He hates adverts with animals on them, his favourite thing is the hairdryer then admiring himself in any Mirror he can find. He also loves attending monthly bullie walks to support his rescue bullie friends. We live in Whitley Bay, Tyne and Wear, UK. We have a touring caravan he loves to go away in. He's a lovable beef cake,  ha ha …” She later tweeted: “So #excited our #henryhugglemonster is going to feature as proud snout of the week this month @proudsnout “ and later still: “ @proudsnout @EnglishVeterans @VeteransNE our boys a #superstar”.

Proud Snout Of The Week features dogs that show that special look of pride. Chosen from Proud Snout's Twitter and Facebook followers, a proud dog is featured every Friday. Anyone can be a follower and send their dog's photo and optional bio through Twitter or Facebook:

2 -Send a photo/bio by DM (Direct Message) (first follow @ProudSnout, you will be followed back and then a photo/bio can be sent privately through Direct Message).

- Like their Proud Snout page, then post or message them your photo/bio.

Proud Snout opened for business in July 2014 and has been growing steadily ever since in a highly competitive dog supply market. There is a lot of work and effort that go into building a profitable business.
