Nicole Kearney Productions partners with Brother’s United for upcoming production

 
INDIANAPOLIS - Jan. 24, 2015 - PRLog -- Nicole Kearney Productions, a well-known production company in Indianapolis is pleased to announce its partnership with Brother’s United for the upcoming stage production, A Sense of Belonging that was written by playwright Nicole Kearney who is known for past productions including What Doesn’t Kill Us Only Makes Us Stronger, And Ya Don’t Stop among others.

A Sense of Belonging tells the story of two men from different worlds and is both searching to feel loved, accepted and belong. The paths they take show just how far they’ll go. However, the outcome isn’t what they expected as their lives collide when they are diagnosed as HIV positive.

The production will take place February 7th beginning at 7 p.m. at Brothers United Community Center located at 3740 Lafayette Rd. The event is free to the public but monetary donations are welcome.

“The goal of this production is to have a cross section of community members to come and see the show,” said playwright Nicole Kearney.

Alongside a stage production, there will also be vendors from various organizations throughout Indianapolis in attendance for the evening.

“This event is also aimed to be a conversation starter within our community.” said Kearney who hopes participants will feel a sense of engagement during the evening.
