RE/MAX DFW Associates Welcomes Keith Thomas As Education Director/Dallas & Willowbend Office Manager

COPPELL, Texas - Jan. 24, 2015 - PRLog -- Keith is originally from Connecticut. Several years ago he moved to Dallas and here he found his home. He has owned two companies, one was a real estate firm with 25 agents, and the other one specialized in apartment location. He has also been a Real Estate coach and mentor in Florida for 3.5 years. At his previous firm he managed and led two offices totaling 80 agents. In January he takes over the Education Division at RE/MAX DFW Associates as well, so that Robert DeLeon can take on two offices, the Coppell and Las Colinas RE/MAX DFW Associates offices. In his spare time, Keith enjoys weight training, scuba, and kayaking.

Building that company to be the 5th largest Viactical company in the nation, I also created an investment company, Associates Trust and The Thomas Foundation, a 501 c3 helping once terminally ill individuals return back to work. During this time I became a real estate investor and flipped 5-7 homes a year. After selling my companies, I became a realtor, becoming “Rookie of the Year” selling over 1,000,000 sales volume in my first year in the 1990’s. Over the upcoming years I built a team averaging 15 million in sales volume and soon my own real estate company. Upon selling my real estate company, I was recruited by another real estate firm, where I worked in management and coaching. In 2008 Dallas came onto my radar and I relocated. Soon after moving here I learned the University of Texas of Dallas had a special Master’s program in “Business and Executive Coaching”. As a graduate with my Masters in Business and Executive Coaching, I coached and mentored CEO’s and COO’s. In 2010 I opened an Apartment Locating Company, until I was recruited by RE/MAX Premier July 2012, where I became there Regional Manager overseeing their Plano and Frisco offices. There I increased agent count by 35% and total offices GCI went up 25%”, stated Keith.
