She has developed these from her 50 years growing up above her father's business, creating her own companies as well as acting as a mentor to many others helping them on their own journey into abundance.

Rachel said: "I'm delighted to be speaking at the Health, Wealth and Happiness Show on the theme of Affluence.  We are at a time on this planet where we both individually and collectively need to heal our relationship with money and reconnect to the benevolent 'source' energy which creates abundance in this world.  I am bringing my teachings from having experienced both the light side of money (through creating a £multi-million turnover market leading business) as well as the dark side (through losing it all including being forced through a personal bankruptcy) - plus some of the key healings and transformations I went through to get back into flow."

Radio 2’s Janey Lee Grace will also be at the Show talking about her passion for natural health and her personal story having grown up in Nottingham. Janey started her career as a backing singer for Wham!, Kim Wilde and Boy George and will be looking at the hidden threats in today’’ cosmetics and giving tips in natural alternatives.

About five years ago I had no idea that all of these things existed. I’ve been on a journey of discovery and have changed my mindset and really made positive differences to my life. I’ve adopted the philosophies and taken the actions recommended by some of those who are speaking.  I don’t want others to miss out on having so much more from their lives. Many of us have said ‘there must be more to life than this, or I want my work to be more fulfilling, better relationships, greater wealth, improved health and to just feel better about myself and my life.’ This Show offers lots of opportunities.

The Health, Wealth and Happiness Show provides a platform for people from all walks of life to learn more about how to optimise health, learn new skills, create a more fulfilling career and to understand more about themselves. The event takes place over two days and will feature a vast array of seminars and workshops designed to educate and inspire. Other keynote speakers include Bea Marshall, founder of ‘Yes Parenting’, Jules Mitchell AKA The Happiness Junkie, ‘Wealth Chef’ Ann Wilson, Confidence Expert Annie Ashdown and best selling authors Derek Mills and Ian Tucker.

Many of the exhibitors will also be doing talks covering image, spirituality, career, self awareness, food and nutrition, weight loss, relationships and a variety of health and wellbeing topics. There will be prize draws too and plenty of opportunity for audience participation.

In addition on the Saturday evening there will be a Charity Gala Dinner where Suzy Greaves, editor of Psychologies magazine will be the after dinner speaker. Maggie’s Cancer Care will benefit from the money raised.
