Jan. 22, 2015 - PRLog -- DUE to rising awareness and statuary requirements for the need for energy efficient and sustainable homes and buildings, Thermal & Acoustic Solutions Ltd is pleased to welcome two new members to their team.

The new staff have joined Thermal’s already impressive team which already comprises a qualified Code and BREEAM Assessor. This is a real growth area for Thermal Acoustic Solutions; the demand for this type of assessment is rapidly increasing.

Thermal have worked on residential and social housing builds where Code and SAP Calculations have been required and its team is highly regarded within the industry for their knowledge and efficiency.

Sheila Barry has been brought into the team to work with clients on SAP ratings and is also a fully qualified CFSH Assessor. Sheila is also highly knowledgeable on Green Deal proposals and initiatives as well as RHI (Renewable Heat Incentive).

Andy Hall is another BREEAM Consultant who has started with them this month.  Andy has been brought onboard to raise awareness of this ever growing area for sustainable homes and buildings that are energy efficient buildings.

He is fully accredited assessor and able to provide expert help and guidance on all the latest BREEAM criteria.
