Carole J. Bufford

Back by Popular Demand

“If an award for ‘most likely to succeed’ was up for grabs among the younger generation of New York cabaret performers, Carole J. Bufford would be high on the list of contenders. A doll-faced latter-day flapper with a broad sense of humor, Ms. Bufford radiates the unflappable (excuse the pun) confidence of a woman comfortable exerting power,” that’s how cabaret expert Stephen Holden opened his gushing review in The New York Times last February. She has wowed audiences at NYC’s Metropolitan Room and at the 2009 Cabaret Convention at Jazz@Lincoln Center presented by the Mabel Mercer Foundation. In addition, Ms. Bufford has been featured in numerous Broadway By The Year concerts, both at The Town Hall and in California. She has also performed in All Singin’, All Dancin’ as well as the Tribute to Judy Garland and The Art of American Dance at The Town Hall where she shared the stage with Lorna Luft and Susan Stroman. Ms. Bufford also starred in Scott Siegel’s 11 O’Clock Numbers at 11 O’Clock at Feinstein’s at The Loew’s Regency along with Christina Bianco and Scott Coulter. The show played every Thursday and enjoyed a nine-month run,one of the longest in Feinstein's history.

The Cost to Attend Carole J. Bufford

For each guest there will be a $80 cover charge Tuesday through Thursday, and a $100 cover charge on Friday Saturday, plus a $20 minimum for food and beverage.

February 17-21

Regis Philbin

Back By Popular Demand

A beloved TV personality known for his emotional outbursts and uniquely inflected speech, Regis Philbin is back for his second appearance at The Colony Hotel’s Royal Room. He first came to national prominence as Joey Bishop's sidekick on the comedian's eponymous late-1960s talk show. It took another decade of various on-air gigs before Philbin hit it big as the host of WABC's local Manhattan morning show in 1983. Kathie Lee Gifford joined him as co-host in 1985, and in 1988 their series, renamed Live with Regis and Kathie Lee, went into national syndication and turned them into superstars. Over the years, Philbin was tapped to host a number of other shows (Walt Disney specials, prime-time game show Who Wants to Be a Millionaire) and appeared as himself in countless movies and television shows. He also weathered Gifford's 2000 departure and found great chemistry with her replacement, Kelly Ripa. In 2004, after over 15,000 hours on national television, Philbin entered the record books as the most filmed personality ever.” (TVGuide.com)
