Andy Maher: OHSU AS 'Building Block in IBM- Epic EHR Contract BID

TYSONS CORNER, Va. - Jan. 20, 2015 - PRLog -- Executive Mosaic, Tysons Corner, VA January 16, 2014 – ExecutiveBiz reported Friday onIBM looking at Oregon Health & Science University to help in its joint bid with health records management firm Epic for the Defense Department’s Healthcare Management Systems Modernization contract.

OHSU has a simulation center that, according to Andy Maner, managing partner for global business services at IBM U.S. Federal, could be a staging point for the project in event of an award, the Portland Business Journal said Thursday.

“OHSU is yet another building block for what we’re trying to do,” Maner said.

“Our focus is on helping DoD be on time and on budget.”
