Polyester Fibers, LLC Announces Linda Pumphrey as Senior Account Executive

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Jan. 20, 2015 - PRLog -- Conover, NC  – January 19, 2015 – Polyester Fibers LLC, a leading North American manufacturer of nonwoven polyester materials, has hired Linda Pumphrey as their new Senior Account Executive.  Pumphrey will be responsible for the execution of sales strategies and programs to achieve maximum sales for the brands Mountain Mist, BB Satin star and other retail brands.

Pumphrey is a quilt/craft industry veteran.  She was instrumental in the growth of the AccuQuilt brand for the last four years.  Prior to AccuQuilt she enjoyed 20 years of experience with Polyester Fibers – formally known as Leggett & Platt, Inc. and The Stearns Technical Textile Company – where she held the position of national sales manager.  During her previous tenure she was responsible for developing, marketing and selling numerous Mountain Mist and BB Satin Star products.

Pumphrey holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus in marketing from the University of Denver, and Bachelor of Science degree in art education from Southern Illinois – Carbondale. Other professional accomplishments include being a published writer and sitting on several renowned quilt industry boards including, The Quilt Alliance, International Quilt Study Center & Museum, International Quilt Association and Quilt Market Advisory Board.
