SALT LAKE CITY - Jan. 19, 2015 - PRLog -- Are you ready to face the Landmark putting green challenge? Do you want to win amazing prizes? How about eating delicious refreshments? You’re in luck! Landmark Home Warranty will open their new office doors to host an open house, complete with games, prizes and refreshments. The open house will be held on January 29th from 4-6 pm for their real estate, title and contractor partners to thank them for their support.

Alma Jeppson, owner and CEO of Landmark, said the open house is a way for the people who helped Landmark grow to share in the accomplishments of the company.

“We have been supported by so many real estate professionals, contractors, homeowners, and vendors of various trades to get to where we are now.” Jeppson said, “The open house is an opportunity for those in the community to take part in what has been accomplished within the organization.”

In November 2014, Landmark Home Warranty moved into their new office – a 25,000 square-foot dream that took a year to find, build and furnish to meet Landmark’s standards. Complete with a putting green, ping-pong and billiards tables, a virtual assistant and a 2,000 square foot kitchen, the new office is nothing to sneeze at, and takes up the entire second floor of their new office building.  Now, that space will be opened to the people who helped Landmark make that dream into a reality.

The open house will feature tours of their new office space and a putting tournament that will happen (of course) on Landmark’s putting green. The grand prize for winning the putting tourney? A round of golf and lunch with you and three golfing buddies, along with the CEO, President and Vice President of Landmark.

Kurt Brey, director of Contractor Relations, said it was important to him for his contractor partners to attend to see what Landmark is all about.

“Our culture at Landmark is second to none,” Brey said. “Our clients will get to feel the same passion and electrifying energy that we feel here in our office every single day.”

David Alhman, one of Landmark’s outside sales representative for Utah, said he and the other Utah sales representative, Chad Holmes, want their clients to attend the open house to see Landmark’s number one priority: delivering remarkable service.

“This will be a great opportunity to put a face to a voice you may speak with daily and a way to establish a deeper relationship with those at Landmark that can only come through person-to-person interaction,” Alhman said.
