Globi Web Solutions Announces January Updates to GlobiFlow for Citrix Podio

CALGARY, Alberta - Jan. 19, 2015 - PRLog -- Globi Web Solutions has released further updates to GlobiFlow, an automation system for workplace collaboration platform Citrix Podio.

The add-on was created to make it easier for companies to use Podio as a complete and sophisticated business management system. Andreas Huttenrauch, Chief Digital Strategist for Globi Web Solutions, said that the latest update makes the tool even more powerful.

“The latest additions to the available features include the ability to export and import flows, post data to remote servers and capture the result,” Huttenrauch explained. "This will make it easier to connect to other systems and makes GlobiFlow applicable in an even broader number of situations."

The update also adds options regarding PDFs, allowing users to define custom headers and footers for newly generated documents. “Being able to create PDFs on the fly in GlobiFlow has become a much-loved feature, and it heavily used,” Huttenrauch said. “By adding custom headers and footers, it makes the PDF functionality even more powerful.”

The previous features that have formed the base of GlobiFlow since it was first developed just over a year ago, all aimed at the ability to customize and automate workspaces, are still in place.

“In my opinion, this makes us the biggest player in the Podio add-ons market,” said Huttenrauch. “Simply no other Podio add-ons bring this level of automation or this many features to the table. Many of our users have told us that they would not even have chosen Podio for their work if it weren't for GlobiFlow making more advanced applications possible.”

And thus far, Huttenrauch shared, customer feedback has been extremely positive. “One thing we’re proudest of is our ability to anticipate what our users will want. We have people telling us that every time they think of some added function they’d like, we add it in an update a few weeks later.”

The company includes a feature request app as part of its add-on, and encourages users to submit ideas or vote on ideas submitted by other users. The company can then use that feedback to prioritize development projects. “We’re always listening to our users,” Huttenrauch emphasized. “We’re constantly striving to make GlobiFlow the "de facto add-on" in the market.”
