The average size shipped captive bred babies raised at the Big Apple Pet Supply facility are between 14" to 17". Albino Ball Pythons are a wonderful snake species for children (provided they are supervised) and always enjoyed by adults. The captive bred babies (as opposed to wild caught Balls) have great temperaments and almost never bite as they instead roll into a ball when they are threatened. This species is sturdy & long lived - they can live more than 30 years in captivity. They also require a relatively simple setup ranging from 20 to 40 gallons. They generally reach full adult size of 4 to 5 feet in approximately 36 months. Their main staple diet of mice & rats are easily obtained.
