Fields is a former SEC and hedge fund lawyer who wrote the personal development book Uncertainty: Fred Mandell, Ph.D. on Creative Leadership in a World of Uncertainty and Disruption: Art, Innovation and Leadership for Financial Planners. Dr. Mandell teaches leadership programs at the M.I.T. Sloan School of Management and holds a Ph.D. in history from the University of Chicago and an ED.M. in psychology from Boston University. Ana Dutra on The Financial Planner of the Future: Delivering Results with Confidence and Empathy. Dutra has over 28 years of experience as a global executive, consultant and business leader. She received an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a Masters in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Catolica do Rio de Janeiro. Daniel Crosby, Ph.D. on The Art and Science of Persuasion: How Do We Get Our Clients to Implement Our Best Advice? Dr. Crosby is a behavioral finance expert who works with organizations to develop products and messaging to maximize positive investment outcomes. Educated at Brigham Young and Emory Universities, Dr. Crosby is a psychologist and behavioral finance expert who helps organizations understand the intersections of mind and markets. “We are thrilled with the program lineup and speakers for FPA Retreat 2015.
