Former Goodwill President and CEO to Lead Southwest Florida Goodwill Foundation

 
FORT MYERS, Fla. - Jan. 15, 2015 - PRLog -- Tom Feurig, former President and CEO of Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida, will shift his responsibilities to be the new executive director of The Southwest Florida Goodwill Foundation.  Feurig will devote his full attention to the continued development of the foundation which ensures the long-term vision of Goodwill’s mission of offering life-changing opportunities to people with disadvantages and disabilities.

“We are pleased that Tom will be taking on this role.  His outstanding tenure with Goodwill along with his passion and vision for the organization will significantly help strengthen the foundation’s efforts in supporting the mission of Goodwill”, said Bill Barrett, chairman of The Southwest Florida Goodwill Foundation.

The mission of Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida is to serve people with disabilities and disadvantages by offering them life-changing opportunities to achieve independence.  The Southwest Florida Goodwill Foundation helps to support Goodwill’s programs and services which include employment and training, education, and housing initiatives.
