The Conover Company Launches Conover Resources to Teach Soft Skills

APPLETON, Wis. - Jan. 15, 2015 - PRLog -- Appleton, WI - January 15, 2014 -  The Conover Company has bridged the gap between hard and soft skills with their new product Conover Resources (https://resources.conovercompany.com/), an online video-based curriculum designed to help teach the “soft skills” that account for as much as 85% of an individual’s success in life.

The Conover Company, under the direction of president Mike Schmitz, has created this new product with the sole focus of teaching these important soft skills that are critical in today’s workplace. “We’re really excited to be launching Conover Resources because we feel it really fills a need,” said Schmitz. “Employers tell us all the time their #1 need is soft skills for their employees, but there hasn’t been a very good program to effectively teach these skills until now.”

The program is similar to taking an online class. There are PDF course workbooks, tracking sheets for group instruction, and new content is being added regularly.  It’s not unlike an online class because users can access lessons anywhere from any device and users are able to complete the lessons at their own pace.
