Burkely Communities' Highland Crossing Community Sold To North State Capital Partners

GREENSBORO, N.C. - Jan. 14, 2015 - PRLog -- Burkely Communities, which specializes in residential property management and development, announces it has sold its newest community, Highland Crossing, a 204-bed mixed use student residential community proximate to Appalachian State University in Boone to Charlotte-based North State Capital Partners LLC.
