Pier 22 announces a Forks & Corks Wine Dinner with Executive Chef Greg Campbell

Bradenton, FL - Pier 22 and Executive Chef Greg Campbell announce a special evening of wine paired with a delectably prepared five course dinner on Friday, January 23, 2015 from 6:30pm at Pier 22.
 
BRADENTON, Fla. - Jan. 14, 2015 - PRLog -- This exclusive dinner also includes passed Hor D’oeuvres. The price is $99.95 per person plus tax and gratuity. Seating is limited. Reservations are required and can be made by calling 941.748.8087.

This dinner features exquisite Hor D’oeuvres and a five-course meal prepared by Chef Greg Campbell:

Prosciutto Wrapped Scallops and Lobster Cream paired with a 2012 Vin Gris of Carneros Pinot Noir.

Honey Poached Pear and Brie Crostini paired with a 2013 Willamette Valley Riesling.

First Course – Quiche Tarte Duet and Artichoke Chevre with Salmon Florentine paired with a 2012 Carneros Chardonnay.

Second Course – Chicken Soufflé and Maple Bacon with Roasted Sweet Potatoes paired with a 2012 Willamette Valley Estate Pinot Noir.

Third Course – Venison Stew and Cheddar Sage Sourdough paired with a 2010 Lee Vineyard Carneros Pinot Noir.

Fourth Course – Pork Wellington, pot jus and Aloe Farms Baby Carrots paired with a 2009 Toyon Farm Carneros Pinot Noir.

Fifth Course – Raspberry Cheesecake paired with 2012 Willamette Valley Semi-Sparkling Muscat Frizzante.
