MediPurpose Names Mindy Rodriguez New Western U.S., Latin American and Caribbean Key Account Manager

Jan. 13, 2015 - PRLog -- MediPurpose™, a medical product manufacturer and master distributor, today announced Mindy Rodriguez as its new key account manager for the Western United States, Latin America and the Caribbean.

Rodriguez will provide medical product sales support to MediPurpose’s customers in her designated territories. She joins Cheryl Channell, key account manager for the Eastern United States and Canada, and Patricia “Trish” Vendetti, key account manager for the Midwestern United States and EMEA (Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa and Australia) as the company’s primary contacts for customer service and sales.

The timing of her arrival could not be more opportune, said MediPurpose founder and CEO Patrick Yi. “We have been carefully realigning our worldwide sales and customer service teams, both to support our current medical product portfolio and some new products that we anticipate launching in 2015,” said Yi. “Mindy’s proven experience in medical product sales and account management is consistent with our processes and goals.”

Rodriguez brings more than 20 years of medical product sales experience to MediPurpose. Beginning her career at United Blood Services in 1994 as a multifunctional blood bank representative, she moved to MAS/Thermo Fisher Scientific in 1998 where she spent 11 years in increasing sales account management roles before briefly joining Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center in 2009 and Stanbio Laboratory/EK Diagnostics in 2010.

A native of Ventura, California, Rodriguez is based in Boerne, Texas, where she lives with her husband and eight children.
