Terry Moore CCIM and Jeff Zettel of ACI represented the seller, Johnson Investment Properties, LP. The Buyers were represented by Steven Wener of Whissel Realty.

The duplex consists of two 3 bedroom, 1 bath units with the development potential for an additional two units. The property is located just West of the 163 Freeway off of Genesee Avenue, close to USD and Mesa College.
