The Boston Center for Adult Education Takes Students on a Walking Tour of Chinatown and Dinner

BOSTON - Jan. 13, 2015 - PRLog -- WHAT:          In celebration of the Chinese New Year, on Tuesday February 10th, 2015 from 6:00PM-9:00PM, the Boston Center for Adult Education (BCAE) invites students to learn more about Chinese culture with a walking tour of Chinatown followed by a delicious dinner at one of Boston’s best Cantonese restaurants, Bubor Cha Cha.

The group will meet at the Chinatown Gate on Surface Road (Beach St) where they will head out on an on-foot excursion around Boston’s Chinatown. Students, led by BCAE instructor Elliot Savitzky, will visit some of the local markets where they will learn about Chinese cooking and how to stop and shop at Chinese markets. The tour will be followed by a sit down dinner at Bubor Cha Cha, one of Boston’s most notable Cantonese restaurants. The chefs at Burbor Cha Cha specialize in making dim sum and traditional Cantonese dishes, and students will be served foods that are typically eaten during the Chinese New Year.
