Wilde Thyme to serve award-winning cuisine at The Famous Grouse Experience

CRIEFF, Scotland - Jan. 13, 2015 - PRLog -- Comrie based caterers Wilde Thyme have been selected by The Famous Grouse Experience at Glenturret Distillery to serve their award-winning food at the five-star visitor attraction in Crieff. The luxury food and events caterers will be offering the very best of local produce from Scotland’s larder in the visitor café and restaurant as well as providing corporate and leisure event catering at Scotland’s oldest distillery, giving visitors a unique and memorable taste of Perthshire.

The launch of Wilde Thyme at Glenturret has been led by Wilde Thyme’s chef patron Andrew Hamer, working closely with the team at The Famous Grouse Experience. Established in 2003, Wilde Thyme has catered for an array of high profile clients and at notable events including last year’s Ryder Cup at Gleneagles. The talented team also picked up the award for UK ‘Event Caterer of the Year’ in 2013.

Andrew, previously the executive chef at Gleneagles Hotel, is the creative force behind Wilde Thyme and looking forward to working with the distillery team and a world-class visitor attraction.

Andrew said:
