People Magazine’s “Sexiest” Veterinarian to Become Columnist For "Conejo Valley Happening"

THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. - Jan. 12, 2015 - PRLog -- Dr. Evan Antin, on staff at the Conejo Valley Veterinary Hospital in Thousand Oaks, was recently named People magazine’s “sexiest” veterinarian in their popular "Sexiest Man Alive" issue. Beginning January 2015, Dr. Antin will be the “Conejo Valley’s Wild Vet” columnist for Conejo Valley Happening, a digital lifestyle magazine, in which he will post videos on his cases and adventures as a veterinarian and wildlife expert. He will also be answering questions from readers/viewers once a week.

Dr. Antin, 30, is not new to media attention. An exotic animal specialist, he was interviewed by Good Morning America and NBC LA earlier this year about the escaped albino cobra incident that took place in Thousand Oaks. He was also a wildlife expert guest on the Kris Jenner Show and a Discovery Channel show-Naked After Dark.

He also travels the world making videos for his YouTube channel–“Evan Antin Wild Vet”– which educates the public about the exotic creatures he encounters.

About Dr. Antin

A native of Kansas City, Kansas, Dr. Antin studied evolutionary and ecological biology at the University of Colorado at Boulder and spent a collective year abroad in Australia and Tanzania to learn more about exotic species and their respective ecosystems.  After receiving a B.S. at the University of Colorado at Boulder he earned  his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at Colorado State University.
