TalentQuest Establishes Carolina Presence; Expands Management Team

ATLANTA - Jan. 12, 2015 - PRLog -- In preparation for what the company anticipates will be another successful year of continued growth in its software solutions and consulting services business, TalentQuest (http://www.talentquest.com)kicked off 2015 with the addition of a seasoned Charlotte, N.C. team member and two new management-level positions.

Russ Settles joined the TalentQuest team as Managing Director of the Carolinas.  Russ is a seasoned sales executive and trusted sales consultant with an entrepreneurial leadership style.  He has more than 30 years of experience in building and leading high-performance, energetic and passionate teams that achieve results. Most recently Russ served as managing director of Talent Bridge HR Advisory, formerly BMG Career Services.  Prior to that he served as market vice president for Right Management, a Manpower Company.

Russ will be based out of Charlotte, N.C. and will be responsible for leading the growth and expansion of TalentQuest’s business throughout North and South Carolina, focusing on the Triad (Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point), the Triangle (Raleigh-Durham, Research Triangle Park, Chapel Hill), Greenville, Spartanburg, Charleston and Columbia markets.

In addition, TalentQuest announced that Dr. Adrianne McVeigh has been named Executive Director of Assessment Solutions and Barbara Mackintosh has been named Executive Director of Learning and Development Solutions.  These newly created management roles are designed to support the continued growth of the company’s consulting practice.

Adrianne McVeigh has been a consultant with TalentQuest for six years.  As a management consultant and business psychologist, she supports leaders in the planning and execution of talent management activities. Most notably, Adrianne has led the effort to create and deploy several simulation-based assessment programs.

Barbara Mackintosh has been a consultant with TalentQuest for two years.  She has more than 10 years of experience consulting in the areas of talent management and organizational effectiveness, working with clients across a broad array of industries in the private, public, government and non-profit sectors.
